Description:
see more details farming systems. There is little information on these reproductive losses and there were no concrete recommendations on how to reduce these losses under extensive conditions. This experiment analysed the effects of supplementation and climate on the animal productivity. The weather conditions, perinatal losses and weight of lambs were evaluated during the experiment. Results indicated that supplementations, climate and artificial shelter under driving conditions had no significant effect on reduction of perinatal mortality. On the other hand, feed supplementation increased meat production per ewe lambing interval.
