The year 2023 has seen the first edition of the merged European Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ECSCRM) with the International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM). The Sterring Committee of this new ICSCRM has awarded with the honorary title of Lifetime Membership the people who have continuously and exceptionally contributed to the SiC community and the ICSCRM conference series, among them Roberta Nipoti, associated senior scientist of CNR-IMM-Bologna.
